Which cookies we use, why, and how to accept, decline or manage them.
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies: some that make the Site work, some that help us understand how it is used, and one advertising-measurement tag from LinkedIn. Outside the US, analytics and advertising cookies load only if you click Accept. In the US they load by default, and you can turn them off with Decline. We honor Global Privacy Control.
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels. We use "cookies" in this policy to mean all of them.
Strictly necessary
These keep the Site working and cannot be switched off.
Analytics
We have configured PostHog not to record sessions and to create profiles only for identified users.
We have turned off Google Analytics' advertising features and Google signals, so Google Analytics data is not used for ad targeting.
Advertising measurement
LinkedIn's own cookie table lists current names and durations.
Embedded content
If we embed videos or posts from YouTube, LinkedIn or other platforms, those platforms may set their own cookies when you play or view them.
We decide which rule applies from your browser's time zone, not from your IP address.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop forms or checkout from working. You can opt out of LinkedIn ad targeting in your LinkedIn ad settings.
Our newsletter uses a tracking pixel and tracked links. These are not browser cookies. See our Newsletter & Email Policy.
If we add or remove a tool, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date.
