eDOCS is an enterprise document and email management system for law firms, corporate legal departments and professional services organisations, originally built by OpenText and acquired by NetDocuments in a deal that closed in January 2026. It gives matter-centric teams a governed repository for work product, correspondence and email, with profiling, versioning and security applied to every item saved.
