PandaDoc is a document automation and electronic signature company headquartered in San Francisco, California, with roots in a quoting tool built in Minsk in 2011 by Mikita Mikado and Sergey Barysiuk. It remains privately held and venture backed, having reached a one billion dollar valuation in a Series C round in September 2021, the first company from Belarus to pass that mark.

Early funding came from Altos Ventures, followed by One Peak in 2018 and the Series C that gave the company unicorn status.
