Lextegrity

Lextegrity is a compliance technology company founded in Chicago in 2017 by Parth Chanda, previously lead counsel for Pfizer's global anti-corruption program, with co-founder Andy Miller. Since January 2025 it has operated as a business of Case IQ, an Ottawa investigations software firm owned by the private equity sponsor Resurgens Technology Partners. The lextegrity.com domain now redirects to caseiq.com.

The company built Integrity Gateway to automate pre-approval of high-risk spend, third-party due diligence and transaction monitoring, and raised roughly $8.2 million in venture funding, with Prescott General Partners leading a $5 million round in August 2021. Case IQ, founded in 1999 and previously known as i-Sight, acquired Lextegrity in January 2025 as its second acquisition in fifteen months, following Whistleblower Security in October 2023, pairing proactive monitoring with investigation case management.
