Elevate is a law company that sells software, managed legal services and consulting to corporate law departments and law firms. It was founded in 2011 by Liam Brown, is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, and remains privately held and founder-led, with minority growth capital taken from Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital and Kayne Partners rather than a controlling investor.
